I had a wonderful experience with Flawless Aesthetics in Chatswood. The team was welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The consultation was thorough and personalised, with everything explained clearly before proceeding. The clinic is modern, clean and relaxing, and the staff provide an exceptional level of care and attention. Extremely disappointing experience with Flawless Aesthetics. If I could give a negative star I would My sister and I had a booking scheduled, and we were left waiting over 1.5 hours past our appointment time. To make matters worse, the receptionist had specifically told us to arrive earlier, yet we were still left waiting with no regard for our time. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and professionalism regarding pricing. Before booking, I specifically called and confirmed the cost of my nose touch-up treatment. I was clearly quoted and reassured by the receptionist that the treatment would be $390. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I was suddenly told the treatment would cost $1,200. After raising the issue, the clinic reviewed the recorded phone call and confirmed that their receptionist had in fact mixed up the dates of my previous treatment and incorrectly quoted me the $390 price. They admitted the mistake was made on their end and acknowledged that I had been told the lower price. Despite confirming that their staff member had provided incorrect information, they refused to honour the quoted price or offer any reasonable resolution. This situation reflects poor staff training, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Customers should not be expected to pay for mistakes made by the clinic’s own staff. Having a business acknowledge its error but then refuse to take responsibility for it is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. What made the situation even more disappointing was that Dr Michael did not come out personally to acknowledge the mistake, apologise, or discuss the issue with us directly. For an error of this magnitude, I expected some level of accountability and professionalism from the practitioner himself. Instead, all communication was left to the receptionist, despite the clinic admitting that the misinformation originated from their side. As a client, it is incredibly frustrating to have your time wasted, be given incorrect pricing information, and then be expected to absorb the consequences of a mistake made by the clinic. Overall, I left feeling that my time was wasted and that customer service was not valued. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here DO NOT COME HERE !!!

I sat in on a consultation with Esther and she was the best at going into detail about the process of the types of filler and botox and muscles. She is extremely amazing at explaining everything and making you feel educated about the decisions you make for cosmetics. She really put my friend at ease talking her through everything and she was so kind!
