Great centre so professional Dr Jack Tsai & Carol are fantastic so skilled and also such great bed side manner make you feel relaxed no matter what's happening. Dr Jack's surgery skills are exceptional had few removed around ear and on ear virtually no scaring so pleased can not recommend this team and the centre enough
FANTASTIC SERVICE - VERY IMPRESSED Very thorough and excellent service from when you walk in. Jenny the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful and Dr Graham was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his skin cancer checks. He explained each mole in detail and was very happy to answer any questions we had. He even double checked a couple I wasn’t sure he saw. (But he had). The practice is very well maintained and clean and beautifully styled. Parking off street (free) is available. Easy to find and next to Dr, hearing specialists and Sullivan Nicolaides. We were very happy with the service and treatment and can highly recommend.
I have been attending Dr. Jack’s clinics for the last five years. I have that sun-drenched Irish skin and spent many hours in the hot sun as a youngster prior to blockout creams. As a result I get multiple skin cancers, on a regular basis. I have been to many dermatologists and I can truthfully say that Dr. Jack is by far the best and most proficient skin doctor I have ever been to. He is extremely professional, thorough and leaves nothing to chance. The other thing I like is that he rarely uses liquid oxygen spray to kill off minor lesions. He always, either scrapes or sutures the lesions and sends them off to pathology to make sure there are clear margins. There is no returning to him to have a second go and extracting the BCC or SCC. They are gone and do not come back. I live in Brisbane and I have followed Dr. Jack to his new Gold Coast Clinic. He is the best skin doctor I have been to.

Dr English was very knowledgeable, explained well, and took time to understand any concerns. Thorough skin cancer check. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Excellent practice, would recommend.
