Booked a 25 minute tattoo consult, thinking I would have a sit down consultation with a relevant staff member. Instead, my tattoo was measured at the front desk in front of other customers (embarrassing), and I was told by the receptionist that she could just “write down the prices”. When I asked if I was having a consult, she tried to talk me out of it by saying “we CAN get the doctor to see you, but it’s a simple process so we usually just give you prices and you decide”. If I’m expected to drop a large amount of money for this service, I would expect the bare minimum of an explanation of the process, medical considerations/contraindications, the equipment, risks etc. If all your company wants to provide is quotes, don’t ask people to come in, just do a phone consult! What a waste of time! Bare Again provided a much better service.

Dr. Kathleen no experience. After Botox my eyelids drooped and my cheeks drooped too, I look like an old granny.. Do not go to her under any circumstances. After the sculptural injection I have terrible swelling under my eyes and the skin sags. Incorrect technique..

Coming in for my first session of tattoo removal and the staff are so professional. Made me feel really comfortable and the procedure was seamless. I've now booked in for another 4 session. Highly recommended. 👌

Harmony clinic is best in Adelaide. I used to have bad acne all over my face, got consultation with Dr Kathleen and got Morpheus 8 done, since then I have no acne at all it’s been 3 years it’s life changing treatment for me. It’s also reduced my pores as well. Now I’m getting laser done for my pigmentation and melasma . This is also best treatment my skin never looked better. I get compliments all the time that I look 23-24 which makes me 10years younger. Thanks Dr Kathleen and the team. Whole is very supportive and professional. I’m with them since 2021 for treatments. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Got thoroughly scammed. During the initial consultation, I was offered a 4 session package for ALA acne treatment which I signed up and paid for. Had my third appointment today, and was abruptly told it was only a 3 session package. The third session was confusing, the mask was very dry, no moisturiser or sunscreen at the end of the session and it was only offered when I was already out of the door. They also swapped out the staff at the end of my session. I then showed the staff photo evidence that they had it written down as a 4 session package only to be told it was a mistake by the staff who wrote it? And proceeded to ask if I would like to purchase more sessions lol. Also it does not make sense they priced my 3 session package at $500 as price per session ($166.6666) is not rounded up nicely as compared to a 4 session ($125). Please have a look at the photo, the other packages offered were somehow divided nicely with no rounding up needed. It is unjust to mislead a consumer into paying for a service only to be told oops they made a mistake after paying the full amount. I chose the option to pay in 2 installments and they still no indication it was a 3 session package when I paid the 2nd installment. Absolutely zero integrity, even if it was a honest mistake, there was no indication to honour the error or to inform me about the mistake during the second payment. I hope this review would prevent the clinic from carrying out this unlawful practice on other customers.
