I had such a beautiful experience at Hope Island Beauty and Medispa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive — she really took the time to understand my skin and explain the treatment in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and confident. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I genuinely felt cared for every step of the way. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, my skin was glowing — fresh, radiant, and so smooth. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend Hope Island Beauty and Medispa to anyone wanting professional care with a truly personal touch.

Highly recommend hope island Beauty and medispa. I received the best treatment, the environment is so welcoming and the technician was patient and the owner was so nice and she ensured that service was top notch. I did a facial treatment, eye lashes and eye brow and I must say the amount of compliments I received after the treatment was enormous. Thanks and I would definitely come back when next I visit the Goldcoast.

Absolutely terrible service!! Do not use!! i had been given a voucher for Christmas from my husband and went to use it on the luxury pamper package. it was supposed to be 2 hours long but she was done after and hour 20. the massage barely touched me and she wasn't very good. facial was horrible! used a body exfoliate on my face and then at the end there as still exfoliant all over my face. i have had facials and massages over the years and this was completing disgusting. huge was of money and time.

I would not recommend this business. If I could give zero stars, I would. I originally booked here based on the many positive reviews, however it appears those were from the previous owner. Since the business changed ownership, my experience has been very disappointing. My appointments were cancelled three separate times. On one occasion, the owner collected all of my personal details only to later tell me that I did not actually have an appointment booked. I had been given a voucher as a gift. I requested a refund due to multiple cancellation. After checking the voucher, the owner initially issued a refund, which I believed had resolved the matter. However, I was then repeatedly contacted and asked to return the money which was making me uncomfortable. As a result, I had to seek assistance through the Office of Fair Trading to resolve the situation. Overall, the experience was stressful and unprofessional. I would recommend others proceed with caution before booking.

I had a voucher for a sweet treats package, I did not receive the hand & arm massage or the aromatherapy foot treatment & I came home with burn marks on my chin, I will never go back, & it is not in Hope Island anymore its in a warehouse in Helensvale.
