Chelsea is amazing! She has soft and gentle hands, making the entire lip filler experience so comfortable, it didn’t hurt nearly as much as I expected! The shape is exactly what I was hoping for and my lips look amazing. The aftercare lip balm she provided feels incredibly soothing, and I really appreciate how she checked in on me over the next few days. I’d like to clarify a few points regarding my experience. Firstly, I never received any follow-up email after my treatment, and I even showed your staff my inbox at the time to confirm that no message had been received. Secondly, my workplace was located right next to your clinic, and I tried to visit several times in person to discuss the issue. Unfortunately, the clinic was closed each time, and when I finally managed to speak with someone, the discussion didn’t lead to a satisfactory resolution. I remain very disappointed with the results, as the treatment showed no visible effect at all on my forehead lines. I truly believe the product quality may not have been up to standard, and I kindly ask you to please consider a refund for my treatment. Thank you for your understanding and time.

Tani did my Botox and was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough she made the whole process feel effortless and completely tailored to me. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable and confident. Scarlett was also warm and welcoming, creating such a friendly and relaxing environment. You can tell both of them genuinely care about their clients.
