Do not come here for freckle removal. I was originally quoted $170 by a short Indian lady at the clinic. She said she couldn’t perform the treatment that day because she was very busy, so she rescheduled me for the following Friday. She also assured me that if there were any changes to the price, I would be told before my appointment. When I arrived on Friday, an Italian girl staff member brought me into the room and treated 5 freckles on my face and about 10 on my back and arms. Nothing unusual, nothing that felt like an upgraded service. Then I went to pay — and was charged $695. Absolutely ridiculous. I paid $30 for the exact same treatment at this clinic in 2022. This felt like a blatant upcharge with no transparency. I spoke to the manager, who was not helpful at all. They refused to offer even a half refund and only gave me $120 back, claiming I was charged for a “full face” treatment. Mind you, only 5 small spots on my face were treated. The laser they use isn’t anything special either — just a basic, standard-grade device. Overall, the pricing feels dishonest and inconsistent, and the customer service was disappointing. I strongly recommend staying away from this clinic. Tell clients the price before the treatment and be honest.

I’ve booked couple of laser removal session in this establishment and every time I went over there, I was warmly welcomed by all the team, every session was done with professionalism and dedication. Each therapist was very attentive to detail, which made every session I had at this clinic quick and effective. However, I must highlight Jazz’s work, as she took exceptional care of me. She was very attentive to the smallest details and made sure to turn the session into a pleasant experience. Very precise and efficient, I hardly felt a thing, and the result exceeded my expectations. Thank you to this team for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend them!

I've been coming to Broadway for laser for a while now but just had a skin needing treatment with Sofia and she was wonderful. I was a little nervous about aftercare especially but she was so friendly and knowledgeable, she broke it all down and answered all my questions. What a superstar -- thank you!

I felt uncomfortable during my appointment. The staff member made comments about the amount of hair on my body, which came across as rude and unnecessary. I clearly explained which areas I wanted treated, however some parts were not done, and when I asked, I was told it would not be done due to “responsibility,” even though I understood the situation and would not be able to rebook as I am leaving the country. I expected a more respectful and client-focused approach.
