A big shoutout to Lal — she is an absolute little busy bee, so friendly, caring, and genuinely looks after you from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, this would have been a 4-star review due to one incident I experienced recently. I’ve had around four CoolSculpting sessions here and have been very pleased with my results so far. On the morning of one of my appointments, I unfortunately came down with severe food poisoning. I had to miss work, couldn’t eat all day, felt extremely weak, and barely had the energy to check my phone. I completely missed the appointment reminder and only found out close to the appointment time through my husband (we share calendars). When I called the clinic to explain the situation and request to reschedule, I was told there would be a $250 cancellation fee unless I could provide a medical certificate. I understand the clinic has a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy, however sudden illness isn’t something anyone can predict. As someone who has never missed an appointment before, I had hoped there may have been some flexibility in this case. Not wanting to incur the fee, I ended up coming in despite feeling very unwell and unable to drive. As soon as Lal saw me, she immediately checked in to make sure I was okay and offered to reschedule. Since I was already there, we decided to proceed cautiously and see how I went. Thankfully, everything went smoothly, and Lal continued checking on me throughout the session. Huge kudos to Lal for her care, empathy, and professionalism — she truly made the experience a positive one despite the circumstances.

Diana was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in and was welcomed at reception, I felt supported and informed about everything. They truly care about your skin type and will let you know if anything comes up. I had great results every four weeks, but then I extended it to six weeks (which was a bit of a letdown since Diana was always so lovely!) so I was recommended - seeing her every six weeks. I highly recommend these beautiful people!! If you have a questions or concerns, or just been curious about Laser, or any other of their services - go see them! I feel happy leaving, as I know I was genuinely cared for and they knew about my sensitive skin, and cater for that. 🥰

The staff at Laser Clinics Carousel are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. I have always felt comfortable being treated by the staff, who always ensure a thorough job with lasering. I want to specifically thank Elizabeth for being so lovely and helpful during our session today. The session did not feel rushed whatsoever, she took care to ensure all areas were addressed and she created a comfortable environment. The conversations were great too! Would definitely recommend the clinic to others 😊
