I’m so happy with the results so far with having Broadband Light Therapy for ageing and pigmentation. Asha is an amazing therapist that has attention to detail and has focused greatly on any problem spots. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and also a lovely person to chat to during the procedure. I can’t thank her enough. I will continue to go to this laser clinic for ongoing skin care

I had an appointment at Laser Clinics Charlestown two weeks ago for a full-arm laser session, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member, Julia, did not complete the treatment thoroughly. She left out the entire inner arm area without taking into consideration my ethnicity and hair growth pattern. She also missed the area near my left elbow, and when I pointed it out, she did not acknowledge the concern. I had specifically requested to be treated by Maddie 1.5 months prior to my appointment, yet the session was still assigned to a new staff member. This was not the first time I raised concerns, and even after speaking with the manager, the issue was still not acknowledged. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider alternative laser clinics in the Charlestown area, as I believe there are other clinics that may provide a more attentive and professional service.

I had several sessions at thjs branch and good service and results are highly dependent on the staff. Maddie and Asha take time to understand our skin needs resulting to good experience. Stay away from Maggie - had the most disappointing microdermabrasion express with her today 20 Nov. Suction was not adjusted despite my feedback at the start. The session felt like a rip off.

I have been having laser and treatment’s for my skin with Asha for a while now. She is so lovely and always makes me feel so comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and gives the best advice. Would 100% recommend seeing Ash she is the best!
