Laser Clinics Australia - Chermside Westfield

I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Unfortunately, the customer service was not professional. One of the staff members, in particular, seemed to lack proper customer service training and the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated at Laser Clinics. I was charged a $112 cancellation fee, which was shocking considering the usual cancellation fee for my regular treatments (upper lip and underarms) is around $35. The only difference this time was that I had added legs to the booking — a treatment I haven’t even started yet — and they charged me the full cancellation fee for everything. I was only 15 minutes late, and instead of showing any understanding, they marked me as a “no show.” What makes this even more frustrating is that there have been multiple times where I’ve arrived early and waited up to 30 minutes to be seen. There seems to be zero flexibility when it comes to clients, yet no accountability when they run behind. I also did not reply YES or NO to the booking confirmation message, yet they assumed I was attending. I sometimes have issues with my mobile data, and messages can come through late. There was no follow-up phone call to confirm or reschedule — they simply marked me as a no-show and charged the full fee. I even came during my work hours to speak to them in person to see if I could still have the treatment done or at least discuss the fee, but there was no sympathy or willingness to help. If I had known I would be treated this way regardless, I wouldn’t have rushed there at all. Very disappointing customer service and what feels like an unfair and inflexible application of their cancellation policy. Long-term clients deserve better communication and consideration.

I’ve been going to Laser Clinics Australia in Chermside for a while now, and I have to say - Zoe is absolutely incredible. She is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell she truly cares about giving you the best results possible. I always leave feeling confident, looked after, and so happy with my skin. If you’re looking for someone who delivers real results and makes the whole experience enjoyable, I highly recommend booking with Zoe. She’s amazing!

Emily at Laser Clinics Australia is absolutely amazing. Every visit with her is super comfortable, and she’s always so friendly, happy, and genuinely helpful. She explains everything clearly, knows exactly what she’s doing, and you can tell she really cares about giving you the best results. Her positive energy makes the whole experience ten times better.
