I've been a client of Laser Clinics Australia, Darlinghurst since around 2022–2023, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the entire team. From the moment you walk in, there is a consistent warmth, professionalism and kindness that makes every visit feel effortless and welcoming. I particularly want to express my appreciation for Mais, who has become my favourite clinician over the years. Seeing her feels like visiting a friend — she has a natural ability to put you at ease the moment you sit down. She’s warm, cheerful, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel comfortable and cared for. What I appreciate most is that she treats your skin as if it were her own. She never pressures you into treatments that aren’t suitable, never oversells, and is always thoughtful, honest and attentive when discussing what will actually benefit your skin. Her approach is gentle yet thorough, and it’s clear she really values integrity in her work. She is incredibly careful, always taking the time to check in, explain things properly, and ensure you feel confident and reassured. I always leave my appointments not only pleased with the results, but also uplifted by her presence and kindness. The rest of the team deserves recognition as well — every staff member I’ve encountered has been warm, friendly and genuinely lovely. There’s a consistently positive energy in the clinic, and it’s one of the reasons I’ve remained a loyal client for several years now. If you’re looking for a clinic where you’ll be treated with professionalism, sincerity and genuine care, Laser Clinics Australia is truly outstanding. I’m very grateful for all the support and wonderful service I’ve received here, especially from Mais, who has made such a difference to my experience and to my confidence in my skin. I had an amazing microdermabrasion and LED treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. Maiss was absolutely wonderful — the procedure was done so professionally, and she has such a warm, friendly nature that instantly makes you feel comfortable. She’s easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Maiss to anyone looking for great results and exceptional care.

I honestly can’t recommend Liliya enough. She has an incredible eye for what truly suits your face and always works with your natural features rather than changing them. Every treatment is so considered and tailored, and the results are consistently beautiful, subtle, and natural. I’ve been going to Liliya for many years now and trust her completely. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Not only is she amazingly skilled, but she also makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and confident every step of the way. Absolute perfection every time ❤️

I had my second laser hair removal session today and I was honestly quite nervous. However, Max was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly gentle, professional, and took the time to guide me through the process and calm my nerves. She is such a sweet person and made the whole experience so comfortable. Highly recommend Max if you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients!

I’ve been having laser here for over a year now with Marie and she is so funny, kind and caring. I mentioned during one session that I was having issues with breakouts on my face and that I had a wedding coming up that I wanted to feel better for, and after my laser appointment she did a review of my face, we discussed what cleansing products I was using, what the issues could be, what products would be worth trying based on my skin tone and concerns - she recommended products across different price ranges which I really appreciated and then we booked in a facial for a few days later and worked up a treatment plan together. I can honestly say that the difference in my skin is incredible, I feel so much more confident not wearing makeup and know what products are good for my skin. I trust Marie to provide the best treatment that my skin needs without question and she doesn’t pressurise me to take the most expensive treatments just to sell them but actually suggests what will benefit my skin the most. I walk in every time and feel like they are friends, especially with Marie, but the whole team is very friendly and makes it so welcoming to come in. I highly recommend this place and Marie, she is incredible and always look forward to my treatments with her!
