She was incredibly gentle, professional, and took the time to guide me through the process and calm my nerves. She is such a sweet person and made the whole experience so comfortable. I’ve been having laser here for over a year now with Marie and she is so funny, kind and caring. I mentioned during one session that I was having issues with breakouts on my face and that I had a wedding coming up that I wanted to feel better for, and after my laser appointment she did a review of my face, we discussed what cleansing products I was using, what the issues could be, what products would be worth trying based on my skin tone and concerns - she recommended products across different price ranges which I really appreciated and then we booked in a facial for a few days later and worked up a treatment plan together. I can honestly say that the difference in my skin is incredible, I feel so much more confident not wearing makeup and know what products are good for my skin. I trust Marie to provide the best treatment that my skin needs without question and she doesn’t pressurise me to take the most expensive treatments just to sell them but actually suggests what will benefit my skin the most. I walk in every time and feel like they are friends, especially with Marie, but the whole team is very friendly and makes it so welcoming to come in. I highly recommend this place and Marie, she is incredible and always look forward to my treatments with her!
