I’ve been getting hair removal at this place for a year now. The staff doing the treatments have changed from time to time, but they’ve all been friendly and made the sessions comfortable. Among them, Ina has been the best. I met her again after a few weeks, and not only did she remember me, but she also remembered my previous treatment, which made me feel more at ease. During the session, she carefully explained what she was doing, checked on my condition throughout, and carried out the treatment quickly and painlessly. I really felt cared for. Since she’s experienced the same treatment herself, she knows exactly what to do and handled everything so attentively and meticulously—I couldn’t have been more satisfied!

My appointment was at 9:50 AM, and although I arrived 10 minutes late, this is the first time I have ever been late with Laser Clinics. I rushed to get there, yet I was told my appointment had to be rescheduled because the clinic was fully booked. However, there have been multiple occasions where I arrived on time and waited at least 15 minutes before being seen. I have now moved to the south side, and this was supposed to be my final appointment. I simply wanted to finish the treatment. It is a long travel for me, and the fact that memberships cannot be shared between branches makes this even more inconvenient. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I travelled such a long distance for nothing. I would appreciate a proper resolution to this.

Just wanted to take some time and write about Matina (hope so i am spelling this correctly). She has always been wonderful and very thorough with each and every single laser session i have had. I really love how shes honest with what shes doing and really puts her heart into it. Thankyou!! ❤️

My daughter attended her appointment at the Laser Gungahlin clinic today. The staff member who introduced herself as Susana (apologies if the name is spelt incorrectly, as she was not wearing a name badge) took my daughter in for treatment. Unfortunately, her manner was rude, and she did not listen to my daughter when she explained which areas required attention. My daughter was extremely distressed when she came out of the clinic and was in tears, which is very unlike her. This was solely due to how she was treated during the appointment. I am very unhappy with the way my daughter was treated today.

Uliyana is an amazing registered nurse with a sensible and realistic approach to skin treatment. She is very professional and careful, explains everything well and explains what results you can expect from the treatment. I achieved fantastic results and can highly recommend her services.
