My cosmetic nurse Adela is truly amazing. Several clinics told me I’d need to dissolve my lips and start from scratch, but her natural talent and deep understanding of her craft proved otherwise. She achieved beautiful, natural results without any unnecessary steps, and I couldn’t be happier. She is honest, fully geeked out with cosmetic knowledge and really professional but at the same time so much fun and provides a comfortable environment. I feel so good after my appointment, highly recommend!

Been attending laser clinics Helensvale for a few years now, always easy to book, lovely staff, have only been cancelled once due to staff sickness and they were able to rebook me so easily!

I absolutely love this laser clinic! The girls are amazing — so welcoming, professional, and always give off the best vibes. The treatments are quick, easy, and super comfortable, and I’m already seeing results. They always have great deals too, and are flexible with your schedule. Terrible experience, zero flexibility, poor customer service Extremely disappointing experience at the Helensvale clinic. I made a booking through the official Laser Clinics website, which clearly allowed me to book this Helensvale location, even though the original booking was with another clinic (Broadbeach). Everything was done correctly using their own system. When I arrived, the staff flatly refused to honour the booking, offering no solution, no alternative, and no genuine attempt to help. Just a blunt “we can’t do that” attitude, as if the problem was mine and not their system’s failure. What makes this worse is that their own website allowed the booking in Helensvale, yet the clinic completely refused to take responsibility. This shows a serious lack of internal communication and an absolute disregard for customer experience. If you’re considering this clinic, think twice. This location shows no flexibility, no customer focus, and appears unwilling to help in any situation — even when the mistake clearly comes from Laser Clinics themselves. Very poor experience. Would not recommend at all.

When I went in for my laser I got Emily. She was absolutely amazing! She made me feel really welcomed and comfortable.. I had a few questions about the lasers and skin as it was my first time getting it done.. I was very nervous but she talked me through it… She made me feel like no question was a dumb question she answered all my questions for me… I walked out feeling very comfortable and confident in my own skin! Thank you again Emily you were absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to come back again! I will be requesting you again!
