I have never been so happy with the results of my injectables! Jocelyn Chen at Laser Clinics City Westfield is an absolute standout. She’s a true perfectionist who always puts safety first and has the warmest, most genuine personality. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Jocelyn took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had quite a bit of volume loss, and the results she achieved are nothing short of incredible—natural, balanced, and confidence-boosting. Jocelyn is not only highly skilled but also a beautiful person inside and out. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had a great experience . The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful specially , Erin you are the best . The service was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and for good laser in affordable price.

On two occasions, two injectors have moved to another location. While that’s understandable, they failed to inform me or check whether I needed to reschedule my appointment, which had been booked months in advance. No notice was provided, and my previous booking was not secured. I used to love laser clinics but it's gone down hill. I hope they work out the issues!

I’ve been going to Laser Clinics Aus for the past 6 months after being with another laser clinic for 5+ years. My previous clinic did not achieve the hair reduction like Laser Clinics Aus has. It has been much more consistent and they never miss a spot! I feel like they genuinely listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoughtfully. I’ve been with Indy for the majority of my appointments and she is so thoughtful and kind. She has taken extra time to listen and explain things about the process, which I did not experience at my previous clinic. She will also ensure she gets every spot of hair for the places I’ve requested. I have recommended Indy and Laser Clinics Aus to many of my friends and family. I will continue to visit them for all of my laser hair removal requests. Thank you Indy and team!!

Had a bbl treatment done today by Keisha-Leigh. She was so lovely and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
