The worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. I waited more than a week for this appointment, planned my day around it, and even left work early. I arrived only 10 minutes late, was told “someone else is using the machine,” and had to rebook. Are you serious? No effort to help me, no apology, nothing. Just a blunt “book another day.” If this is how they treat first-time clients, I can’t imagine how they treat regular ones. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I walked out absolutely frustrated and will never return. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually values its customers. Before the time of the appointment, they changed my original appointment time without even asking me. I didn’t get a call, no confirmation, nothing — they just shifted it themselves and expected me to go along with it. What kind of clinic does that? I don't even wanna count this as a clinic. Giving Star is far from my imagination. waste of time..
I have been here several times before, but today I felt terrible. She rushed through the procedure so she could leave quickly, and she did not wear gloves while performing the laser treatment on me.
