Poor communication. I booked a laser session six weeks ago during a promotion, straight after my previous appointment. When I came in for my session, the staff did not inform me in advance that the promotional price was no longer valid and that I would need to pay the full amount. What was most disappointing was that this was only mentioned when I was already in the treatment room getting ready, not while I was seated and waiting. For the future, customers should be informed in advance that prices or promotions may change, or be encouraged to prepay when booking their next session to lock in the price. People plan their time and budgets carefully, especially at the end of the year. I am very upset with the experience I had today.

I've been visiting this Laser Clinics salon for about 3 years for botox with Nurse Louise. I'm always happy with my results from Louise, she is great to chat with, listens to what you're trying to achieve and very professional.

Paid hundreds of dollars for laser here over 6-7 sessions and never saw any results. I've since embraced most of my body hair, but on principle it feels like such a stupid waste of money and time doing appointments and aftercare. Anytime I had any questions or concerns (i.e, really bad hyperpigmentation occurring after treatment) they just brushed me off and made me feel stupid.

Have been going to the Malvern clinic for a few years now for everything from laser hair removal to my skin. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I see Sarah for my skin treatments - she goes out of her way to make sure you get the best possible results. Honest and knowledgeable about all of the treatments available. She makes the whole process very easy and relaxed! Highly recommend!
