Horrible customer service at Laser Clinic QV branch. I tried to explain that I am not feeling well. Person on the phone asking for a medical certificate and that I had to prove that I was not feeling well. This is for a FACIAL APPOINTMENT that I wanted to reschedule a day before because I was not feeling well. Unbelievable. Also, this is not the first time this has happened. I have encountered multiple staff who are, for the lack of better term, bitchy. They have a cancellation policy of 48hrs, you have to call to rechedule and I am on the line waiting for at least 30minutes. They make it difficult for you to cancel/reschedule. I will not be returning. Ever. I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years because of sheer proximity and put up with the rude customer service and mediocre service. But I have just had enough. No speck of empathy at all. Laser and facial sessions are rushed. I do not recommend this branch at all. I told the lady to cancel all my appointments moving forward, she curtly responds with an OKAY and hangs up.

I’ve been coming to this laser clinic for the past 6 months and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ve never had any issues and everything has always been smooth, professional, and well-explained. The staff are genuinely friendly and super accommodating, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their clients and take the time to make sure you’re looked after properly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place you can trust long-term.

I’ve been a regular customer at Laser Clinics for a long time and previously attended the Glen Waverley clinic, where the staff were always warm and welcoming. They would have basic conversations, ask how your day was going, and those little chats really made the experience feel personal and comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience at the QV clinic has been very different. The staff barely speak, do not properly acknowledge customers when they arrive, and there is very little basic courtesy or friendliness. The overall atmosphere feels quite cold. When you are coming in for skincare treatments, a welcoming attitude and simple human interaction really matters. It should not feel rushed or impersonal. I’m quite disappointed with the customer service at this location and hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated

Excellent clinic for facial peeling. They were very reliable and took the time to assess my skin and suggest what to do first. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment. Can’t wait for the next appointment and see the good results.
