I had a session on February 3rd, but not all my hairs fell out. It's not just a few scattered hairs; entire areas were clearly missed. I've already had 12 sessions in France with the same type of laser, and each time everything fell out. I went back to ask if it was possible to have touch-ups, and they took advantage of my poor English to simply tell me that it was normal for not everything to fall out, that I would have to have another session and pay again. And to top it all off, they just advised me to leave a Google review.

Pretty disappointing experience - my partner requested to reschedule her appointment due to it being that time of the month. The employee told her that she should do it anyway and that other women do - When my partner expressed thatshe wasn’t comfortable; the employee simply said she would lose the already paid for session with no option to reschedule. So much for empathy.

I had an appointment today for laser hair removal, and Shinn was incredibly professional, patient, and meticulous. I could tell she didn’t miss a single spot on my legs, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is very clean and conveniently located. Overall, a great experience! 5 stars for Shinn

I had my laser treatment done with Khali and she was absolutely amazing. She is very professional, detailed, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. By far the best experience I’ve had so far. Highly recommended!
