I just finished my first laser hair removal session and I’m honestly so impressed. I was a little nervous going in, but the technician explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment itself was much quicker than I expected, and the discomfort was minimal. The clinic was spotless, professional, and welcoming. They checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated!
Could not recommend this branch more. All the staff are lovely and friendly in person and over the phone. Very accommodating, kind and patient. Elenie has been very supportive though my hair removal and advised on hormonal spots etc incredibly well 💙💙💙
I had an outstanding experience at this clinic from start to finish. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well run, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process.
I've been coming here for a little while and seeing James for my cosmetic treatments. He is so lovely and genuine. The work he does is great and really listens to his clients. I've recommended friends to him and they have had a great experience as well!
