I’ve been coming to Laser Clinics Australia at Queens Plaza for about a year now and I’m honestly so happy with the service every time I visit. I’ve had microneedling, facial peels and now I’ve started laser treatments!! The experience has always been really positive. The team make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Salma (I hope I got the name right!) has been the one looking after me and she’s honestly been so lovely. She’s really patient, super friendly and never makes you feel rushed. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and checks in to make sure you’re comfortable during the treatment. It just feels really genuine and I always leave feeling well looked after.

I had an excellent experience at Laser Clinics Australia and I highly recommend this place. From the moment you arrive, you can tell how professional and well-organised the team is. I would especially like to thank Zana, who provided outstanding service. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process step by step. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and well looked after throughout the appointment. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff truly operate at a very high professional standard. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. Highly recommended. I will definitely be coming back and would be more than happy to be treated by Zana again. Exceptional service all around!

First time at Laser Clinics Australia for a skin consult and microdermabrasion, and I was very happy with my experience. The service and knowledge from the team was outstanding. Medhavi, in particular, was exceptional. She took the time to understand my skin concerns, provided a great treatment, and put together a personalised plan for me. She communicates clearly, is highly skilled, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and professional. Would highly recommend.
