Aaron did a really thorough job, especially considering I had different areas of tanned and pale skin. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the laser hair removal machine seemed like one of the better ones I’ve used. Strong fan and high energy for getting the hairs. Thanks!

Such a great clinic! Everyone at reception is always so welcoming and sweet! The star for me is Melody!! Melody is such a calming presence which I appreciate so much after having a previous bad experience with a lot of bruising from another injector - she keeps it real and provides you all the information you need to make you feel so confident and comfortable. After going to Melody for the same treatment I had ZERO bruising and amazing results. I’ll never go to anyone else! Thank you Melody!

Disappointed with my experience here. Was advised a combination of laser treatments for dark spots on my face to the value of $500. Barely had 15% difference after the treatments. I am not confident the therapist knew what was the best option for my condition / skin. Of course they wanted me to buy more treatments as it would likely 'need more'. Understandable if something different was evident after four sessions, but the darkening then fading they suggested would take pace after each treatment never happened. Would suggest getting multiple opinions on treatments before committing to any recommendations. I have had laser in the past at different clinics that has worked brilliantly so I can only think it was poor advice.

I’ve been coming here a while now and just had a session with Tess, who allowed me to feel so comfortable. She was knowledgeable and did her job perfectly. You guys have a great employee at your store, she was extremely professional and down to earth, I hope you treat her well, thanks to her I’ll be coming back.

While visiting laser clinics elsewhere, (multiple clinics and states over the years to purchase skinstitut products) has always been an unpleasant experience - this clinic in particular was a dream experience. Lovely knowledgeable staff and no pressure to buy. Will 100% be back in the future.
