⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a walk in appointment on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, with Brooke. After a power outage at our farm in Conondale and suffering the heat no longer I travelled over an hour to find relief in the air-conditioned comfort of The Sunshine Plaza and made an on-the-spot appointment after lunch, however I got lost in the Plaza and ran 30 mins late! Brooke was ever so gracious and still welcomed me in for my treatment. From the moment I arrived, she treated me with such special care and friendliness. Brooke is not only highly professional but also warm, approachable, and genuinely attentive. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and delivered excellent results. I am so grateful for her kindness and flexibility that day, and I absolutely recommend booking with Brooke. Her professionalism, friendliness, and gracious manner make her an outstanding injector and a true asset to the clinic. My results have been outstanding! I will never return to this store. On my first visit, I waited nearly an hour past my appointment time before the treatment even began. On my second visit, I arrived less than 10 minutes late and was forced to endure unreasonable handling by the staff, lost money, and received extremely poor hair removal results. On the third visit, I tried to raise my concerns with the manager, but they refused to address the issue at all. When I arrived less than 10 minutes late for my appointment, the staff immediately reduced my already paid three-area treatment to only two areas. They told me I could pay extra out of pocket that day for the two areas and keep the prepaid three-area treatment for next time, claiming the schedule was fully booked. I explained that I had already prepaid for five sessions and would not pay again for a treatment I had already purchased. They said there would be no refund and no rescheduling. Rescheduling would incur a cancellation fee, meaning I would lose the cost of one session entirely. After arguing with the staff for 10 minutes, she finally agreed to refund $75 in store credit (deducting the price difference between the plans), but with an attitude of “you should be satisfied now.” I was absolutely not satisfied. After the recovery period, the hair removal results were extremely poor. I went back again two weeks ago to report this. Another staff member told me the store manager was not in on weekends and would leave a message for the manager to call me back once they returned to work. To this day, I have still not received any call from the manager.

I had a great experience at Laser Clinics Australia on the Sunshine Coast. The staff were extremely professional and kind, taking the time to clearly explain how the procedure works and what steps I needed to follow after the session. The clinic itself was very tidy and spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I would highly recommend their services.

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had to write a negative Google review, which is genuinely sad. In every previous situation where I had an issue with a service or product, I contacted the business and the matter was resolved respectfully. Unfortunately, my experience with Laser Clinics was the complete opposite. From January 2025 to July, I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this issue. At no point did I receive empathy, professionalism, or even basic respect as a paying customer, let alone as a human being. The treatment showed no meaningful results (less than 10% reduction after more sessions than recommended), which I documented with photos and showed in person. During one session, I sustained a burn, which led staff to stop the treatment and ask me to leave. The amount refunded was only for the unfinished session, this was not a refund, but the bare minimum. Afterwards, the company denied the burn, claimed clinical follow-ups that never occurred, made false statements about me, and even threatened legal action if I shared my experience publicly. It is extremely disappointing to see a large company treat a client with such disregard and intimidation. I am sharing this not out of revenge, but out of responsibility, so others are aware. This is no longer about money only, it is about truth, dignity, and accountability.

Jetta was very friendly. Delivered gentle and efficient laser hair removal service. It's always easy to book with the girls at the front desk & no fuss when I need to make adjustments to my appointments. Highly recommend going here.
