I have been going to this clinic for more than three years now, and is a regular client. All the staff here are very welcoming and have great customer service skills. Special mention to Anney. She’s the best - very friendly, has attention to details, and more importantly, makes you feel at ease and relax during your treatments. I highly recommend Anney and this clinic :)

I bought 3 treatments of BBL forever flawless for $800 and was told that was likely all I would need. I've had IPL and ExcelV in the past, so I know effective treatment for redness/rosacea hurts and has some downtime with swelling. First session I didn't feel anything and my face looked completely normal after walking out of there. I had no swelling or heat or redness later. It did absolutely nothing. The next two treatments I could feel a tiny bit of heat during, but my skin still looked completely normal walking out of there and no after effects, or any effect at all for that matter. I enquired several times about the lack of being able to feel anything and the lack of improvement at all. I was told that BBL was different to IPL and it takes lot of treatments to see a difference. I thought the whole thing with BBL was that it is more effective and takes fewer treatments than IPL? And I've had big improvements with IPL in 2 treatments elsewhere. So this is basically just a con to get you to buy as many treatments as possible in the hope that it will eventually do something. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. A waste of time and a BIG waste of money.

I would like to give a special five-star review to Anastasija at Laser Clinics Australia - Sydney Westfield. This is my fourth laser hair removal session at this Sydney Westfield clinic, and overall I’ve had around 20 laser sessions across different clinics, including two other Laser Clinics branches in Melbourne, as well as other brands. With that level of experience, I can honestly say Anastasija is the most professional and responsible therapist I’ve ever had. She is extremely thorough and careful with every step of the treatment, takes the time to explain the process, and checks in with me throughout by asking the right questions. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience feel very safe, professional, and comfortable. Because of Anastasija, I will continue choosing this clinic. Her attitude, professionalism, and work ethic truly stand out, and I believe her future in this industry is very promising. This clinic is very lucky to have her. Highly recommended.
