I’ve been getting laser treatment at Garden City for almost a year now, and I’ve had a truly amazing experience every time. From the moment I walk in, I always feel welcomed and comfortable — especially thanks to the lovely Jasmine, who takes such great care of my skin treatments. The entire staff has incredible customer service. They’re always accommodating and make sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole process. Jasmine’s knowledge and gentle approach make every treatment not only effective but super relaxing. I always leave the clinic feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for. I’ve had such a good experience with you all, and I’ve now started HydraFacial as well. Hopefully I’ll get great results from that too! Thank you so much!

I’ve had a lovely experience at Laser Clinics Australia Mt Gravatt branch with Heena. She performed laser hair removal treatment on me with such great bedside manners and thoroughness. I felt very relaxed, comfortable and taken care of from the moment I sat down at the clinic till the moment I walked out. I will continue to come back because of her!

I am not satisfied with the service I received on November 25th during the Black Friday sale. I came in for Full Legs + Female Hollywood Brazilian & Underarms Laser Hair Removal, and I had also prepaid for the next two sessions. The staff member who treated me she was wearing a headscarf did not perform the service properly. This was my first session, yet the entire treatment took barely 2 minutes, which is impossible for Full Legs + Hollywood Brazilian & Underarms. I was shocked by how rushed and incomplete it was. For the Hollywood Brazilian, the back area should always be included, but she did not do it at all. This made me question whether she was tired, uninterested, or simply neglecting customers because it was a sale day. I paid $376, which is not a small amount. I work hard for my money and expect professional, thorough service in return. Customers deserve proper care, regardless of whether they come during a sale or a regular day. Staff should take their work seriously. money is not easy as we spend. I already booked two season i hope i get good service next season .
