Worst clinic ever. I have tried the TTP and city no problems, just this clinic. Sometime last year I have booked a couple of Rejuran sessions both of which were cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. Didn't mind - I just went to another provider who was awesome. I bought 3 express microdermabrasions, 3 microdermabrasions, 3 face and neck skin needling. Had to use them up before November 2025. A couple of occasions skin needling was cancelled because I didn't use their Skinstitut products which they forced me to buy otherwise they will not continue with the procedure despite me saying I have tons of skin products. Ended up buying them. Today, my express microdermabrasion was cancelled because I was using retinol. I know they are routine questions but I was willing for them not to be liable if anything happens. Been taking care of my skin for years and I know what it can handle. I am not going back to this place again. I want my money back.

The team at Laser Clinic West Lakes is amazing! The girls are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. Amber is especially lovely 🥰 she’s warm, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable during every treatment. I’ve had laser treatments several times and the results have been fantastic! Their microdermabrasion services are also top-notch. They often have great deals too, which is a bonus. Highly recommend Amber and the clinic for anyone looking for quality skincare treatments!

I first started my laser treatment in Brisbane, but after moving to Adelaide, I requested to transfer my sessions to this clinic. In Brisbane, I had already done five sessions with little noticeable change, no pain, and rather rough staff. However, the service here is outstanding! I noticed a difference from the very first session. The technician (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I was already familiar with the process, she took the time to explain everything again, showing genuine care and passion for her job. Unlike the Brisbane team, who seemed to just be there to complete their shift, she truly enjoys what she does. Highly recommended!
