I had a wonderful experience with Dee. She is incredibly caring, professional, and attentive. I was quite nervous at first, but Dee’s warm and gentle manner really helped me relax. She took the time to listen carefully and made sure I felt understood and well looked after. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I have been going to laser clinics Zetland for the past 6 months and they are not only thorough but also very customer focused. They go above and beyond, no matter the therapist. The front desk team are always so warm and welcoming. I’ve been to many laser clinics over my time and I have to say that the service at this clinic is unbeatable.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and would not recommend them to anyone. I arrived at the clinic 4 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to see me. I understand if they choose to have a zero tolerance policy, but 1) this was not communicated at any point 2) the front desk lady was very rude dealing with this 3) they had no problem having me wait for 15 minutes last time I came and 4) they charged me a no-show fee which is just ridiculous! I tried to email and call to solve this and have had no reply, which is also extremely frustrating.
Extremely disappointing experience at Laser Clinics Zetland. My appointment was cancelled at short notice, and during the rescheduled visit the technician was unprofessional and abruptly ended the treatment. I had also been burnt in a previous session. Despite raising a formal complaint, the issue remains unresolved months later. The clinic refuses to refund my remaining prepaid sessions, even after I have clearly stated I do not feel safe or comfortable returning. The handling of this situation has been stressful, dismissive, and well below acceptable professional standards.
