I have been wanting to share my personal experience in attending the Laser Skin Centre in Tugan. I’ve been a client at the Centre since May 2025 & chose this centre as a friend referred me. I can say positively & genuinely it’s one of the best referrals I’ve had. I have not been disappointed & would absolutely recommend this centre. Alessandra & Ciara are incredibly qualified, capable & professional with just the right amount of care, support & friendliness. I have had multiple treatments over the past 9 months & have felt all have been worthwhile & have enhanced my appearance. The treatments have been expertly coupled with advice, support & follow up. Definitely a highly recommended service.
Both Alessandra & Ciara were very professional & empathic to my skin concerns (being sun spots) and explained in detail what paths I could go down and the pros & cons to each of them as well as setting realistic expectations on downtime and to when visible results would be noticeable. Ciara followed up the following day via text to see how the treatment went & explained again what my skin would be doing in the next 5-7 days, which eased my mind & allowed me to trust in the process. The after care products which were suggested definitely aided in the results & would advise anyone going down this path to purchase these with their treatments. I highly recommend & trust Laser Skin Clinic & I am more than happy with the results.
Alessandra is incredibly professional and experienced. I felt completely at ease with the picosure laser treatments I received and was delighted with my skin after just three sessions. She explained everything about the treatments in great detail. I also bought skincare products that actually work and complement the treatments.
I did a full series of Pico laser with Ciara and she’s honestly amazing. Every appointment was comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. She always checks in after appointments, recommends the right products, and is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I love her work and I’m so happy with the results. I recently had a PicoSure treatment for pigmentation at the Laser Skin Centre in Tugun with Allessandra. She is known as a laser skin expert and is incredibly professional and caring throughout the entire procedure. I really appreciated how she took the time to educate me on both prevention and maintenance to ensure lasting results. The procedure itself is a little uncomfortable, but the sensation passes quickly and there was absolutely no downtime - which is one of the best things about this treatment. Post procedure my skin looks noticeably clearer with a significant reduction in pigmentation and a more even skin tone. Overall, a really positive experience with great care and expertise. Highly recommend.
