What an experience! It was my first visit to the clinic on Saturday, they took the time to have a complimentary consultation with me before my appointment to address any issues I had, and talk about my skin, I was feeling nervous because my skin is quite bad. However there was no need to be nervous, everyone was so nice and put me at ease no judgment at all just honest help. I couldn’t believe how luxurious my treatment was!!! This has got to be the best clinic in South Australia. Thankyou so much for your help girls my skin has had a drastic improvement and I couldn’t be happier x
THANK YOU to Lasertech Clinic for the most relaxing, romantic and unforgettable three hour day spa experience that my partner and I have ever had! We were greeted by warm and accomodating staff who gave us a tour of stunning rooms. We were treated to our own private steam room and plunge pool with a beautifully star lit skyline and then enjoyed a full body massage and facial (which was heavenly). We completed the journey in a private relaxation suite with a choice of herbal tea or champagne. We didn't want this experience to end!
It is a wonderful place to treat yourself during the cold winter months. My skin felt fantastic after the treatment and the relaxing facial massage. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful. The customer service was very gentle and caring. I am so happy and looking forward to returning.
The service I have received impeccable over the phone. The ladies have been more than extremely helpful and friendly. I have had to move multiple appointments and every single lady I have spoken to have been more than understanding and accommodating. They also have fantastic phone manner and are extremely nice. I really appreciate that type of service and am looking forward to going in because it seems like such a lovely place. What a lovely team.
I was originally happy with my experience at Lasertech but after 6 sessions for laser tattoo removal I was left with a faded blue tattoo and scarred skin from laser burns (my tattoo was originally solid black and the size of a 50cent piece). I now face the challenge of removing the leftover blue, which is much more difficult than black, along with the added pain of treatment over already scarred tissue. If you're looking for tattoo removal PLEASE PLEASE got to a business that just removes tattoos, not a spa. You will have much better results, quicker treatments and no scarring. There's no comparison!
