I’ve been going to Love Beauty for about three years now, seeing Lexie. She is absolutely heaven sent. I had terrible acne after coming off the pill - extremely painful, red and inflamed. Her love, care and attention helped me feel so much better about my skin and she truly taught me patience and the importance of a consistent skincare approach. She is beyond knowledgeable and will always answer any questions during treatment. I love learning from her. I knew she was an angel, but she totally helped me out when I was in Europe and had used up all my usual face wash. I told her I was in Paris, and she looked at different pharmacies to help ensure I purchased a suitable face wash that wouldn’t mess with my skin after all our hard work. I was so beyond grateful for her. The girls are all so lovely, the space is beautiful and their love and care for your skin are second to none. I couldn’t recommend this place more! 🤍

10/10 ⭐️ The building is absolutely gorgeous and I am always welcomed with big beautiful smiles! I let the girls choose my services and I'm never let down. My skin is GLOWING! Thank you Love Beauty!

Definitely do not recommend. Nasty employees and owner. No ethics or empathy and services are not without judgement. Found a fly in the complimentary drink. Edit due to owner response; I fail to see how finding a fly in my complimentary drink makes me disrespectful? Discontinue services? You never discontinued my services, so you must be confusing me with someone else. Who else found flies in the complimentary drink? I guess others must of. You say that you have been awarded Australian Skin Clinic of the Year? Did they know you have flies in your complimentary drink and that you mistreat your clients? You say you have been awarded Australian Skin Clinic of the Year? And yet in my mind if you were doing so incredibly well, you would be earning over $75K? You have multiple staff... and yet I see no gst registration? I see I have been charged gst in an invoice but see no record of gst registrations. Can you explain that please?

It was my first time at Love Beauty Skin Clinic - I booked in for a Stem Cell Recovery facial which was AMAZING! I’ve had really great results from the facial 🙏 My therapist was Molly who was so friendly, welcoming, professional and super knowledgeable on the skin and the treatments. She also gave me some great recommendations for my next facial which I really appreciated - I will definitely be booking in again! The space, ambience, Molly & the two receptionists at the front were just amazing! 10/10 ✨🥰 Thank you for an amazing experience!

Warning: refusal to honour a gift voucher of $150 & an arbitrary ban of my access to a prepaid service, compounded by subsequent aggressive conduct. 1. The Issue: Unacceptable Conduct & Voucher Invalidity My Autistic son, who is on government Disability Payments, purchased a $150 gift voucher online for my birthday. The situation began when I notified the business that my 9-year-old daughter was sick with Gastro & attempted to reschedule the app. Refusal to Reschedule & Harassment: The owner & staff refused to reschedule me to another day to prevent the spread of illness, only offering a time later on the same day. I made it clear that I had no one to care for my daughter. Following their refusal & subsequent text message harassment, I stated I would not be returning to the business. Can you imagine dealing with continual contact when you have a very sick child who has severe case of gastro? Arbitrary & Retaliatory Ban: The owner then responded by arbitrarily banning me from the premises (after I had already stipulated not wanting to return). This action was taken specifically to render the prepaid gift voucher completely unusable. Hypocritical: I had given a few hrs notice of the need to reschedule & have in the past been rescheduled by them on at least 2 occasions, incl. once when an employee was unwell. Furthermore, this specific app. was already rescheduled by LoveBeauty without providing a reason. Health Disregard: This conduct demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism. They demanded a Dr's Certificate for my daughter's Gastro & then suggested (in a roundabout way) I leave my sick ADHD child home alone to attend the later app. Public Health Breach: Forcing me to attend would have meant I was at risk of spreading a highly contagious illness, which goes against the overarching duty est. by the Public Health Act 2016 (WA) to "take all reasonable and practicable steps to prevent or minimise any harm to public health." I too later came down with Gastro. The refusal to reschedule risked spreading the illness in disregard of this duty. 2. Aggressive Conduct & False Accusations When challenged about the voucher invalidation, the owner immediately escalated the situation by lodging false accusations of abuse against me & threatening police action. This necessitated us serving a Cease & Desist notice, along with a formal threat of defamation proceedings, to halt their aggressive & untrue claims. 3. Breach of Australian Consumer Law (ACL) The business has accepted money for a service (the gift voucher) & is now refusing to deliver that service. This refusal to honour a prepaid instrument, which they intentionally rendered unusable, is in my view a clear & actionable breach of the (ACL) regarding gift voucher validity & the provision of prepaid services. Conclusion and Next Steps This company's conduct moves far beyond poor customer service. It includes a potential breach of Australian Consumer Law by invalidating a prepaid voucher, combined with the use of false accusations & legal threats against a customer seeking a rightful refund. There was not even an ounce of empathy here for my sick child. Had I been an irresponsible person, I might have given into the pressure & left a sick child home alone (I would NEVER!) & spread gastro to the staff & clients of this business. If the full refund is not processed immediately, we will have no hesitation in formally reporting LoveBeauty to the Department of Commerce (for a full $150 refund), the ACL, & the ACCC for this refusal to refund a prepaid service. I have retained screenshots of all emails & messages, which clearly document the business's actions, the false accusations, & the resulting legal escalation. I recommend seeking beauty services from businesses that respect their customers, comply with Australian consumer protections & engage ethically. In response to the owner's false claim that I left multiple reviews, I confirm this is my only review. Their dishonest & retaliatory public response only confirms the issues I raised in my original feedback.
