Since the clinic is run with a well-structured system rather than as a small private shop, I felt I could trust them even more. All treatments were done 1:1, making it a perfect place for anyone who values privacy and personalized care. The staff here are truly the stars. Sue helped me with the consultation, taking detailed skin photos and recommending only the treatments I actually needed — she was also very proactive in letting me know about great promotions, which I really appreciated. Lily, the Korean nurse, prepared my skin carefully and applied the numbing cream so thoroughly that the laser treatment wasn’t painful at all. Vivian performed the main procedure and even made sure to use the very last drops of the product, explaining every step in advance and showing genuine care from the client’s perspective. She also walked me through the after-care instructions, which was incredibly reassuring as someone receiving skin treatment for the first time. I’m extremely satisfied with my first visit — and I’m already looking forward to coming back! ✨

The best skin clinic I’ve ever been to. The clinic is extremely clean, beautiful, and modern — such a calming space from the moment you walk in. The staff are genuinely the kindest and most accommodating ladies I’ve ever encountered. Sue was incredibly caring with my 8-month-old who I had to bring with me, and she made the whole visit so much easier. The skin consultation was very thorough, and the recommendations were all up-to-date, evidence-based, and explained clearly. Their top priority is safety, which is a massive plus for me, especially with my health anxiety. I honestly won’t go to another skin clinic again. Highly recommend.
