Won a MT Express Facial session from UNSW O'Week promotion this year (lucky because I don't study there, just went with my cousin haha). The clinic is very clean and beautifully arranged, the treatment room is really relaxing (love the soft plush blanket)! Staff are very attentive and understanding. The skin therapist I had was soft-spoken and thorough, and she was gentle on my face. Overall super lovely experience! I'll get a pack from here later when I'm able to afford it.
Very very happy with my experience here! Staff is very nice at the front desk and I had Miiyo as my doctor doing the Stellar IPL M22. Wonderful experience with a facial examination and treatment. The treatment removed red from my face and was quick and easy without pain! Would definitely recommend coming here for any skin care problems or facials. The atmosphere is very nice. The lights set the mood and the background music is very relaxing!
I had an amazing experience at Luxe! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and gentle, making me feel relaxed and well taken care of from start to finish. The techniques were very professional, with a soft yet precise touch that showed their expertise. The overall environment was also very comfortable. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely come back again! Thank you ☺️😚
