Absolutely love my lips, I love how Dr Amanda solved a lot of my symmetry concerns and combined the perfect ratio with my preferences to achieve my desired look, whilst ensuring that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. The receptionist was so kind and made me feel beautiful. The only critique would be that my appointment ran just over 30 minutes later than intended, but It may have just been one difficult day. Will definitely be coming in for some touch ups soon!

I got my lip filler done at this clinic for the first time, and the result was terrible. My lips were uneven — when I smiled, the right side of my upper lip drooped lower than the other side. I went back to fix it, but instead of correcting the issue, they told me the person who injected me the first time didn’t do it properly, so they dissolved my filler and asked me to come back in two weeks. After two weeks, I returned, but they only injected 0.5 ml even though I had already paid for 1 ml. The result was barely noticeable. When I asked for the full amount that I paid for, they told me it was “free” and that they couldn’t do more. Excuse me — the only reason I had to come back was because of their mistake the first time. It’s only fair that they take responsibility for it. For anyone considering getting any procedures done at this clinic, please think carefully. I’m still very disappointed and regret going there.

I've been a customer at M1 Beauty in Melbourne for two years but my last two experiences have left me very disappointed. My last appointment before today was terrible I was with my friend and we waited an hour extra for our treatments and the doctor barely apologised. When I was finally seen, the doctor didn’t inject me properly, leaving a noticeable long line on my forehead even though I had zero wrinkled before came in. I had to stay like that for two weeks and then go back for a touch-up to fix the mistake.. I asked for someone else (dr Steven was the only good one he fixed me but he recently left M1 Beauty.) I didn’t complain at the time, understanding that mistakes can happen. However, today’s visit was the last straw. The new dr Amanda was dishonest, unprofessional and not trustworthy telling me I didn’t pay my last visit ?? Who says that and how can I go without paying.. How embarrassing for 300$? When I came so many times and live here in Melbourne .. Are you for real? I can no longer recommend M1 Beauty based on my recent experiences. The one star is only for the receptionist she was always very nice.

When I went there the doctor said its very rare to get infection or alregy to under eye filers also she said the process is easy and not painful. The procedure was very painful and i was in pain for a week then after that i started to develop some bad symptoms , I sent them email describing the issue seeking help and they didn’t even call or follow up . I went to someone else to dissolve the filers . Very bad experience.
