I can no longer recommend this clinic. They’re good when it’s good but when something goes wrong you are left without support or reassurance. I have visited over the years for masseter injections but my last visit with dr Amaleena I was left with bulges on my jaws. I saw her again a week after and she reassured me it was an easy fix, explained that it was due to her injecting in 3 spots (each side) rather than 4. She said to come back in 2 weeks for a complimentary follow up. I felt relieved and that I could trust her, however the issues arised 2 weeks later when I went to rebook, as I still had a bulge on one side, she was not available for the week so the receptionist said I could see another doctor. On the day of, another receptionist called to tell me that I was not qualified for a complimentary follow up, regardless of what Amaleena said or that I still have a bulge. I went ahead to see dr Edward and he plainly said that the injector did not go deep enough with the needle and that’s why I’m bulging and there is nothing else to be done or offered. He said it should be completely gone in another week but it’s has been another and I’m still stuck here staring at this bulge on the side of my face! You can see why I have lost complete trust in M1 with the confusing information from each doctor to receptionist. I still wanted to book in to see Amaleena but lo and behold she is no longer listed on the website. And suddenly i am reminded of the turn around in staff, every female doctor I’ve seen here over the years has moved on. And for the record M1 did offer 10% discount if you left a 5 star review! Finally, before you give the age old response of “we can’t find your name on our system please contact to solve this etc”, surely you will know who I am based on my story, unless you have many clients with same issue or you don’t care about your clients enough to remember.

I had my first visit to M1 med beauty earlier this week & I had my appointment with Dr Edward to get half a ml of filler just to touch up some areas of my lips that I found weren’t symmetrical as I’m a side sleeper and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr Edward is so kind, has a great bedside manner & is so knowledgeable. I had lots of questions about a range of services and he was more than happy to answer them all, I really had a great experience and I’ve definitely found my new go-to beauty clinic. I’ve had filler elsewhere in the past and it felt very rushed & I found it incredibly painful. I had little to no pain with Dr Edward, 1/10 for pain but 10/10 for my whole experience. Absolutely recommend M1 beauty to anyone considering on booking with them. I travelled from south west Sydney & it was well worth it in my opinion. Thank you M1 beauty & Dr. Edward, excited for my next appointment in the future :)

I had a fantastic experience at M1 Clinic with Dr. Edward and the wonderful reception team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Edward was incredibly professional, informative, and gentle throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His expertise and care gave me full confidence in my treatment. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend M1 Clinic to anyone looking for top-quality care in a friendly and professional environment!

I've been going to Dr. Edward for about two years consistently now and can't rate the service enough. Attention to detail and welcoming and friendly nature make the experience extremely positive every time.

Dr Edward is fantastic along with the receptionist team. They’re incredibly patient and understanding and Dr Edward is insanely experienced. I have recommended 3 people to M1 now for no benefit on my part, just pure appreciation for great service and results.
