Had my consult with Zoe a few weeks ago and she was so knowledgeable and friendly + really made me feel optimistic about my skin care and skin health. I then had my first treatment done with Alanah (Essentials - Renew + Balance, but they've since changed the menu system, I've since booked in their Level 1 package with added LED therapy for next time) and she was fantastic also!! A very calming and rejuvenating experience and I've since loved all the products this team as recommended. Everyone seems committed and understanding of your skincare goals. If you can get in to treat yourself I 100% recommend.

Lovely experience! This is my second time booking a treatment. Zoe who was looking after me was so kind and knowledgeable in skin health and my concerns. She also went through each step and product during the process!

Lovely experience! I had my initial consult with Selena who was very knowledgable with everything skin, and made me feel very comfortable and put my mind at ease. I have just completed the LED customised facial and brought some products home with me, so so impressed! Can't wait to come back again.

Cannot speak highly enough of my consultant Zoe! I went in for a skin consult and despite knowing my way around all the Mecca products I’d been struggling with my skin for quite a while. The analysis was a bit confronting but Zoe was so compassionate and knowledgeable. We had a really long discussion about my skin goals and how to achieve them. I left feeling really empowered and can say it’s been about 8-12 weeks since my consult and whilst my skin isn’t perfect it looks and feels 100x better. Will be back for a facial next time I’m in Melbourne.
