I had a deeply disappointing experience with Medwell in Caloundra. They accepted a booking for me on my only weekdays off—an important appointment I needed—only to call the day before and cancel. No alternatives, no options, just a last-minute cancellation. I get very few weekdays off, and now I’m left without any chance of rebooking. Completely unprofessional—avoid at all costs if you value your time.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Medwell Aesthetics! Georgia and Morgyn are absolutely amazing – so knowledgeable, professional, and caring. From start to finish I felt completely comfortable and looked after. Their expertise really shows, and I’m in love with my results. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and beautiful results!

I am not one to leave a negative review, and I have argued with myself for some time about whether to leave one or not, but feel in this instance I really needed to warn people. I had Co2 laser performed at this clinic by Morgyn. Please think long and hard before having this done here. It has had such a negative effect on my skin and my confidence. Not only did it do nothing to improve my skin, but has actually made it so much worse. I am now prone to constant and endless breakouts. Products I have used happily for years with no issues now cause acne. My skin is now incredibly sensitive to the point where I can no longer use active ingredients. My skin texture overall has also worsened. To round it out I also have permanent flattened areas and scarring under both eyes that is clearly in the exact same place as the laser was used and hugely increased texture under one eye. I did attempt to contact the clinic to resolve this but have received no response. I’m sure they will deny all of this but please, think twice before having this procedure performed here.

I recently had years’ worth of skin tags removed by Georgia, with guidance from Morgyn, and I can’t speak highly enough of how professional and knowledgeable they are. Being recently post-partum, they took the time to explain why the skin tags developed and made the removal process seamless. Since the procedure, they’ve checked in with me three times to see how my healing is going and when it comes to skin, that level of care and attention means everything.
