I had a very pleasant experience at Melbourne City Dermatology with Dr. Sharma. She was professional, kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. The appointment felt thorough yet relaxed, and I really appreciated how approachable and understanding she was. The clinic itself was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, I felt well looked after and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend Dr. Sharma and the team!
Dr Scholfeld is very professional. Her diagnosis of my skin issues and cream provided made a massive impact, back to 'normal'. Having bad keyloid scars Doctor has injected steroids and shrunk the scaring. Additional special ointment has also reduced the scars. Not cheap cost but great results. Highly recommend.
I took my 10yr old son for a consultation recently and we were so happy with the care he received, they even squeezed him in for treatment the same day as we travelled over an hour to get there. Reasonable pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends!
Very disappointed by customer service here. Despite being a return customer it took 3 months to get an appointment and their phone line rang out on multiple occasions when I tried to get in touch. I have now been waiting 3 months for an appointment which was cancelled the day before because I had apparently not replied 'Y' to a text message. They did not contact me on several occasions despite their claim to have done so. I did not even get a voicemail. Their offer of an additional appointment was for the next day in the middle of work which I could not change at the last minute. They offered no other times to accommodate me after waiting 3 months. I do not recommend this clinic, especially if you have any health or skin concerns that need to be addressed in a reasonable time frame. It is also upsetting to see how this clinic responds to feedback. Within minutes after I provided the above feedback, 3 people rate this clinic 5 stars and raved about the customer service. This demonstrates all of the good reviews must be fabricated. Very upsetting response from medical professionals.
