Today was my second appointment with Dr. Amanda Saracino. Dr Saracino's approach is professional, patient, and caring. She really takes the time to listen and has never dismissed any concerns that I have had regarding my diagnosis and treatment. If there was anything I could say at all it would be for a longer appointment, however, given her specialty, she is incredibly in demand. Thank you Dr Saracino and to your great team for your care and for the great work you do.
I have been a patient of A/Prof Amanda Saracino for years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is kind, efficient, and thorough in her approach to dermatology. She successfully cleared up my perioral dermatitis, and her care has been exceptional every step of the way. Recently, she also looked after my 10-year-old with incredible compassion, understanding, and patience, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Her expertise and genuine care make her a standout dermatologist. I highly recommend A/Prof Saracino to anyone seeking top-quality skin care.
Wouldn’t recommend… Amanda was blunt and borderline rude. Nurses however were very kind (hence why i don’t mind the one star). I went in for an issue and took a biopsy, when I went back for my second appointment and biopsy results, the Nurse called me in, told me my biopsy results and then said that because everything came back on those two particular spots fine I didn’t need to see the dermatologist (Amanda) anymore, even though I had booked an appointment with her. I still had more questions and they didn’t give me the opportunity to ask. I would not spend your hard earned money here, do you research and find someone kind who will be patient in hearing out your concerns.
Dr Saracino is fantastic - so friendly and helpful. I have been having some reoccurring skin issues for a while and feeling so frustrated about it and not sure what to do, but she made it so easy and clearly explained everything. She was very patient in answering all my questions. The women at reception was great too very helpful and welcoming. The therapy dog Bella is very gentle and just the cutest 😍
