I had my initial consultation with Dr Emily Shao, and from the very beginning she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly clear in explaining everything. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and provided a thoughtful long-term plan to manage my severe acne, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Beyond her expertise, Dr Shao is warm, funny, and genuinely approachable, an amazing combination in any specialist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking high-quality dermatological care. I also had a great experience with all the receptionist behind the desk. Being able to get me in quickly and comfortable 😊

It was my first time at the dermatology clinic and after chasing up a few dermatology clinics that had months long wait lists, I found this place was able to see me immediately! One of the admin ladies was so funny and made me laugh so much - I was having a pretty stressful week so I appreciated their sincerity and high quality customer service. Also, Dr Natalie Ling was very thorough - it's difficult to find caring specialists so I truly appreciate it 🙌
Updating my review after well over a year of visiting this practice. Dr James Ling has been an amazing, professional, efficient and kind GP to me-- more so than I have ever experienced elsewhere. I feel listened to and respected. Dr Natalie Ling has also been very kind and generous to me, going above and beyond what I feel her duty of care is to me as an irregular patient. I have recently begun medical gender transition and their acceptance and respectful support has meant so much to me and made me so happy-- building my confidence to be open with other medical professionals in future. And in defense of the other reviews here related to reception, I have never had a negative experience with admin or waited more than 15-20 minutes over time. (Which I feel is normal for any medical practice.) Pricing is respectable if not very generous at times. Thank you, Mowbray team. Your compassionate patient care makes a genuine, real world difference to me.
