Surgical procedures, priced on the group's published list and performed by Dr Ansari, include eyelid surgery, double chin liposuction, ear lobe repair, breast augmentation, lift and reduction, abdominoplasty, arm and thigh lifts, liposuction and gynaecomastia surgery. I’ve been here a few times, the treatment was fine and the price fair. I saw the male doctor on my last visit, where he asked me a lot of personal questions “Do you live on your own?” “What are your plans today?” “Where are you going for dinner?” “Does your husband help you with house chores?” etc, all during procedure. He referred to me as a “good girl” at the end of the procedure. Ill-intentioned or not, I do not know - but it felt unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. I will not be making appointments with this specific doctor in future. The nurse Tara who I saw on my last visit was great.
I had skin needling done today by Penny, which I was slightly nervous about. Her kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference with my treatment, ensuring that I wasn't in too much discomfort during my treatment. Penny's expertise provided me with information on aftercare, which has definitely made an impact on my recovery from the needling.
There is a reason I keep coming back here, it’s the exceptional service and quality of work provided. Penny is great and always friendly. Her professionalism and work ethic is second to none. Thank you Penny and MCC.
The Team at MCC Castle Hill are caring and professional with their patients. Both Meg and Alex are absolutely wonderful and caring and take the time to plan your treatment. They send out regular reminders for your upcoming appointments with preparation guidelines and similarly provide aftercare guidelines post procedure.
