I’ve just completed my yearly check and even though I find the process challenging, the service and support given is exemplary. From the staff at the desk, to the scanning person, and finally, Dr Jack Charlton, all is managed with respect, a high level of professionalism, and some (appropriate) humour to lighten the experience.
I have been before but long time ago. Can’t speak highly enough about the friendly staff and very thorough and knowledgeable Dr’s. I always feel that I am in the best of hands and getting the best treatment possible. Everything is explained in detail and you come away knowing exactly what’s happening or going to happen and I always leave confident after attending.
