My experience was overall very positive. Dr. Santiago is a very thorough and professional dermatologist, and I feel well taken care of under his care. The only small hiccup was at reception when I checked in — my arrival wasn’t marked in the system, so it appeared as though I hadn’t arrived for my appointment. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked about the delay, and the doctor later explained that I hadn’t been checked in properly. Aside from this minor issue, I’m very happy with the level of care I received.

I cannot say a word against the North East Cancer Centre. From the beginning they proved to be a very professional & efficient practice . When my Dr. ran late reception phoned and let me know before I left home . The reception ladies were joyfull & carried out their jobs pleasurably. I had a very short wait & was greeted with a warm smile from Dr. Ayesha K. She was more than one can expect with her caring & happy manner plus her extreme knowlege of her profession. She put me at ease immediately & I left with total confidence that I would be looked after. Thank you all from a very satisfied patient .

I saw Dr Gayed today and was feeling a bit nervous about having a full-body check, especially with a male doctor. However, he was very respectful, efficient, and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely return for future check-ups.

I saw Dr. J.T Wong and he was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He found a concerning mole that needs to be removed, he made time for me the following day. Both him and the ladies at the front desk were extremely accomodating, they have offered to stay after hours so I could get my procedure done as soon as possible. I’ve been to a different skin cancer clinic previously who’s service don’t compare to Nort East Skin Cancer Centre. Will be coming here for my check ups and recommending to all my friends and family from now on.

Dr Wong was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He was very thorough with my skin check and enquired if there was anything specific of concern. Friendly and welcoming receptionists too.
