We visited Nova Dermatology on the 3rd of November 2025. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the clinic was clean, modern, and spacious. Although the on-site parking area is limited, there is convenient street parking nearby. The consultation fees are moderate and remain reasonable compared to other dermatology clinics in the area.

I had my first appointment with Nova today. Dr Stewart was great, very thorough but also kept things easy to understand. I highly recommend Nova and Dr Stewart.

Exceptional medical, administrative, and nursing staff. Always greeted with a smile when walking through the door.

Very disappointed we arrived for Greg's appointment at 2.30 for a 3.00 appointment people kept coming and going but stil Greg hadn't been called. So asked what was going on and they said had Greg filled out any paperwork the is no so have fill ed the paperwork and still waiting it is now 3.46. is complaint is why weren't we asked to fill in the paperwork when we first got here so At least we were on the list. When we got in to see Dr Thomas Stewart he was really great and very apologetic. We have some answers to Greg's problem

Extreme overpricing for medical care, $560- to excise a single skin cancer for margins. No discount for disability pensioners. Informed today that the clinic would not be able to process a Medicare rebate (less than $200-) and so we're on our own trying to get something back. An absolute rort, unable to recommend for medical health interventions. Very disappointed and considerably worse off.
