Poor continuity of care and administrative handling. As a long-term patient on isotretinoin, I was left without medication due to inadequate prescribing. When I raised this, responsibility was placed back on me for not contacting the clinic earlier — despite the fact that I had attempted to do so multiple times over several days and was unable to get through because the clinic’s phone system was not working, an issue later acknowledged by the clinic. I was then advised to pay for an additional consultation to remedy the situation, despite the issue arising from the clinic’s own prescribing and access failures. Despite clearly explaining the circumstances and confirming details with my pharmacist, action only occurred after escalation. I have since transferred care elsewhere. I would not recommend this clinic for ongoing or time-sensitive specialist treatment.

Novus you are absolutely amazing. My daughter attended your practice with very severe excma. You sat down & talked with her examined her. Gave her a plan to follow with follow up scripts. Within 4 days amazing results. Can't thank you enough for your professionalism. Couldn't be happier. Was quoted a wait of over 18 months with another clinic. They consider triage here. All the staff at this practice are highly professional. I have very sensitive skin, and on occasion reacted to some of the treatments. Emergency appointments were no trouble. I was able to access treatments that were right for me. Thank you to all. I am very grateful that I was able to be seen within a reasonable period. I am finally happy with the way my skin looks and feels.
