I had an excellent HydraFacial with Shannon. She has a lovely manner and explains everything very clearly. Her facial massage is as good as I’ve had and my skin feels much more hydrated after this treatment. I also like that there is no ‘hard sell’ for further treatments and products that I’ve experienced at many other places. As a result, I will be rebooking!

The nurse/technician was more knowledgeable than many doctors I have used for anti wrinkle injections and fillers in Melbourne. The consultation was extremely thorough and informative. The service was professional and very friendly, they put me at ease, I knew I was in great hands and I will continue to use Pamper Medical for my cosmetic aesthetics.

Well this certainly isn’t the lovely pamper clinic it was 15 years ago when I first became a client. How I would sum this place up? Pricey with minimal and temporary results, judgmental, and pushy (to the point of coming across as desperate). I notified staff of substandard injectable results 2 weeks post treatment. I then phoned back at 6 weeks and notified them that the injectables still hadn’t shown a good result. I was told the fridge had been faulty and many clients had come back for complimentary treatment over the past month. I was told to come in and the issue would be rectified/compensated. Well… I went in there, was not listened to, cut off mid sentence, and treated with distain. I was told “we will give you 10 units but that’s all because you came in at 6 weeks”. If the fridge had spoilt products and you were notified at 2 weeks that the treatment hadn’t been up to scratch then why blame the client if they come in at 6 weeks! You have already admitted fault!!?? They will push you to buy products but when you ask for information on those products no one knows a thing about them! Train your staff!!! If you want to make sales and sell products then train everyone including the person sitting on their bums on reception! Very poor education provided to staff OBVIOUSLY! I had a clear and brilliant treatment to my face, asked the girl who treated me what it was and was told it’s Pico! I had the treatment and months later mentioned I had pico to the woman doing my injectables. “You haven’t had pico here” she snapped! Well I was told it was pico from your staff!? How would I even know what pico was? I had only heard of it because I was told that was the treatment I was having! No one has a clue, they will treat you like you’re an absolute scab and beneath them if you’re not throwing easy money at them without expecting results or being educated RE what you’re buying. I will mention there is one older lady on reception who has been there for years who is lovely. That’s unfortunately not enough alone to keep me wanting to ever go back.
