Sheniah and the entire team at Pause Mediclinic are an absolute dream. From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel genuinely cared for, welcomed, and completely at ease. They consistently go above and beyond to look after me, whether it’s cosmetic treatments, product recommendations, or supporting my skin through its healing journey. Sheniah is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful in her approach. She always takes that extra time to truly understand my skin and tailor each treatment specifically to my needs, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution. You never feel rushed, and those extra few minutes she spends checking in and adjusting treatments make such a difference to both the results and the overall experience. I have been seeing Sheniah for over three years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. The care, consistency, and results I’ve received over the years speak for themselves. The whole Pause team is warm, professional, and passionate about what they do, and it truly shows in every interaction. I can’t recommend Pause Mediclinic highly enough! I had the most amazing skin treatment with Sheniah and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable, listened so attentively to my skin concerns, and explained everything so clearly. Her touch is incredibly intuitive. She’s gentle, knowledgeable, and so confident in what she does. My skin felt calm, hydrated, and glowing straight away, and days later it’s still looking and feeling amazing. I followed Sheniah to Pause Mediclinic because she is truly the best at what she does. From my very first session years ago, she has consistently made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. Sheniah is incredibly knowledgeable and educational, always taking the time to explain treatments thoroughly and answer every question I have. She has taken the time and really helped me build an effective skincare routine between visits. The environment she creates is calm, peaceful, and welcoming, which is exactly what I need during my stressful work weeks. Before committing fully to seeing Sheniah, I visited several others, and none compare to her level of expertise, skill, and attention to detail. Her work is truly next level. I always leave feeling confident and excited for my next appointment. I genuinely look forward to every visit and cannot recommend her highly enough.

As soon as I walked into the grand space I was blown away at how beautiful everything was (truely never seen a space so beautiful), I’ve now had several facials with Sheniah & I drive over an hour from Brisbane everytime to have what I consider the best facial I’ve ever had. She’s so thoughtful and intentional with everything she does, I can tell she truely wants to do what’s best for me & I can feel how passionate she is about her work, it radiates which is so comforting. I’ve been to a lot of other clinics for skin treatments & they always push products or unnecessary services just to make more money, Sheniah or the staff have never pressured me into anything. The staff are so kind & I’d recommend any service the clinic offers as I’ve tried a few different services now and everytime I’m so happy with the outcome.

I cannot recommend Nurse Sheniah at Pause Mediclinic highly enough. She has absolutely done wonders for my skin, the results are visible, natural and beyond what I hoped for. She is so gentle, genuinely listens to what I actually want, and takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Every procedure she has done has been amazing, and I’ve walked away feeling more confident in my skin each time. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, delivers beautiful results, and makes you feel completely at ease, Sheniah is incredible. I cannot wait to continue our journey together into 2026!
