I am writing this review to detail a deeply negative and concerning experience I had with this laser clinic regarding a proposed treatment plan for a specific facial condition. Aggressive Sales and Overpricing: My dissatisfaction began with the customer service and sales approach. I felt pressured into a decision from the start. I was strongly discouraged from seeking alternatives, as the staff insisted their proposed treatment was the only effective solution for my condition. Furthermore, the total price quoted for their program was significantly higher than competitors in the region, which staff attempted to justify through persistent persuasion rather than evidence. Deceptive "Trial" and Forced Contract: I requested a single-day trial of the treatment. I was initially told this was possible, but was then required to sign a comprehensive contract stating that I would be financially liable for the entire expensive treatment package after the single session, effectively negating the possibility of a true, risk-free trial. I felt coerced into signing this contract under the belief that I was simply agreeing to the trial session terms, only to later discover the restrictive commitment. Adverse Skin Reaction and Denial of Responsibility: Following the very first treatment session, my skin developed an adverse reaction. When I immediately contacted the clinic with photographs and concern, their staff dismissed the reaction, claiming it was impossible to be caused by their treatment. Unjust Refund Conditions and Ultimate Refusal: Due to the adverse reaction and the clinic's lack of concern, I requested a refund for the remaining, unused portion of the package I was forced to contract for. The clinic imposed an unreasonable and specific condition for a refund, demanding a doctor’s referral that explicitly stated the other treatments offered would be ineffective or harmful. I secured the necessary medical documentation, but upon submission, the clinic found a technicality—claiming my doctor’s note did not precisely mention that other non-specific treatments were "not useful"—and unilaterally refused the refund. Final Act of Bad Faith: Following continued attempts to resolve the deceptive contract and obtain a refund for the treatment that caused physical harm, the clinic abruptly terminated all communication and blocked me from contacting them further. This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and ethical business conduct. I strongly caution any potential customers to scrutinize their contracts and avoid the aggressive, misleading sales tactics and non-existent post-sales support demonstrated by this clinic.

I booked a trial picocure treatment after seeing your Facebook advertisement, the whole treatment includes skin analyses would be 1 hour long. However, when I arrived at the clinic on time waiting for 30 min, I was told the treatment would only be 10 minutes. I was also informed that this short session would not make any change to my skin condition. This was very disappointing and not what was advertised, and I feel misled by the information provided online. There was $10 online booking deposits also didn’t refund

I was late the first time and they accommodated that but the upselling was really annoying. I saw other people come out of treatments, get told to pay and then quickly told "Bye bye" but niceties ended there. They do not understand English that well. I tried my best to advise what i needed, they kept asking me what area and suggesting a different spot, they aren't asking, they are demanding. They pushed me to get a more intense treatment to address the actual area i wanted after the initial treatment, proving they didn't misunderstand or mishear me, because they suddenly mentioned the original area without me bringing it up again. I use the word treatment loosely, they said it was "low" so that is why it doesn't do much but the next one i got i was told would be more intense, with bruising. I came in the 2nd time, they said there would be bruising but the treatment lady then said no bruising, only redness, and didn't explain what she put on my face before and after. I am disappointed that none of the information is laid out properly in the first place, but then also not in future. My appointment was never booked and i figured that out by calling them on the day to check the booking, since they did not send me a text or call the day before, they told me there was no booking and never apologised, i had paid $100 to secure my booking, which was half my service fee. Bad service, only 2 stars instead of 1 because they are somewhat quick and very clean place that has a tea and water cart, though they don't tell you if you can use it or have a sign... They did not take before and after pics, when the treatment lady said they would. When the treatment lady was done she told me to go to reception to complete a consultation, with pictures, but the reception declined the ability to do that and then told me i have to book every 2 weeks for 6 minimum treatments. I said i would make a booking online, they said no and to call, but i have to make a decision soon because of the 2 week requirement. And the whole time, 2-4 reception ladies sit at the front talking, whispering and laughing, i don't mind them talking if they were to do their jobs well but they seem distracted by whatever gossiping is happening.

I enquired about Melasma treatment over the WhatsApp number and they suggested C6 laser . On my appointment day , the lady completely changed it to Picocure laser and also told the trial which is advertised as $78 is for $344. And the treatment takes minimum of 12 sessions without any guarantee. Lost trust in the system of treatment altogether
