My husband and I had a facial treatment with Nurse Abi last week, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, Abi made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. Her technique is gentle, professional, and so soothing. Our skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. Abi took the time to explain each step and even gave us personalised skincare tips, which we really appreciated. The clinic had a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making the whole session even more enjoyable. We left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I went to nurse Abigail for a one on one microneedling tutorial as I have been looking in to microneedling at home. I went in only having done professional microneedling once and I was a pretty scared of poking my eyeballs. But the tutorial was so useful in making sure I was doing it safe. She was very patient and thorough with teaching about the cleanliness and technique. She would often give me tips and tricks throughout. It was pretty much hands on teaching right from the start of setting up right through to the aftercare. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is wanting to microneedle safely at home. And if I remember correctly, they also sell the home microneedling kit with the actual pen device.

Had a facial done and after doing the treatment, my face feels clean, clear and hydrated, the customer service by Abigail was also great, she is lovely. Will come back here again as a guy.

We visited your store twice, and on both occasions, no staff member came to assist us. We even sent an email in advance to book a consultation for a facial treatment, but when my wife arrived for the appointment, no one acknowledged or attended to her. While we were waiting, one of your staff passed by carrying milk tea, chatted with others, yet still did not greet or assist my wife. All of the treatment room doors were left open, and the overall environment felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The lack of basic customer service made the experience extremely disappointing. We hope you can look into this matter seriously and improve your service standards to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Abigail was really nice and friendly. She did a great job explaining things and knew a lot about the treatment I needed. She made me feel relaxed during the treatment. The place is cozy and relaxing too. If you need someone trustworthy for your skin, pick this clinic. It's definitely worth every penny.
