Unfortunately, my experience with this practice was disappointing. I didn’t feel that Dr Erkin listened to my concerns or addressed them appropriately, and I left the appointment feeling more stressed, hopeless, and worried than I did beforehand. Based on my experience, I would suggest considering other options before booking here, such as exhausting all treatment options with your GP, or contacting other dermatology clinics to compare services and fees, as I found this clinic to be more expensive than others.

Realistic experience. Yes he was running late, but apologised and we got straight into my issue. Appointment was quick and efficient. Front staff cheerful and easy to talk to. Park in front 1 hour free.

I booked my first appointment with Michaela in November 2023, and within the first few minutes of our consultation, I was blown away by how passionate, informative and caring she is. I felt completely comfortable sharing my skin fustrations with her, and she promptly made me feel that together, I'd be able to achieve my skin goals. One of my favourite things about Michaela is that she frequently checks in to see how my skin is progressing in between appointments, and is always so patient in answering any questions I have. Because of her, my skin is now calm and break-out free, and I couldn't be happier or more confident! I would recommend Michaela a thousand times over, and am so so happy I booked that appointment 8 months ago!

The team here are fantastic and I can see why they have great reviews. After seeing many dermatologists previously for my eczema, Dr Gul Erkin was fantastic, actually listened and offered me options for my skin. Receptionists were so helpful too!
