Dr.Kim, Your incompetence and ignorance disfigured me forever. You injected fillers in my nose area to make it look better, instead you injected too much of the substance that it cut off the blood circulation and caused an irreversible damage where the skin was deprived of blood flow and became infected and peeled off, leaving deep scars, which will never be recovered. So, I really don’t know how you got your credentials and from where, because I think you are not a qualified expert in your field!!!! ——————————————— The worst experience that I ever had in cosmetic procedures. I was disfigured by a stupid mistake and an incompetent practitioner of Botox. I wonder if they are really qualified to do what they claiming!!! I am even considering suing them. Replying to Dr. Kim, I was a legitimate client, and I am expressing my opinion, truthfully and honestly.

This is (handsdown) the best laser clinic in Sydney! I can't say enough great things about Pitt St Cosmetic, from the impeccable customer service from the girls at the desk, the coffee and tea available, the clean modern decor inside, to the unmatched cosmetic services they have on offer. Dr Kim is so welcoming, so professional and always takes care of you no matter what service you've chosen. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and always cheerful. We always leave here with a smile, because the experience is of the highest quality and standard and we always look forward to our appointments. Thank you Dr Kim and your amazing team 💕

Really nice place with friendly staff. Dr Kim is great. She explained what I could expect and the treatment course to get to where I wanted to be. I've been in for two sessions to have the appearance of a birthmark reduced and am beginning to see results already. It's really improved my confidence. Go in with realistic expectations and you'll leave happy.

Hands down the best cosmetic and skin clinic I have ever been to! Friendly and professional staff who really care about their patients; and they deliver fantastic results. I have been seekng Dr Kim for many years and my skin and face has never looked better 😉 The clinic itself is so clean and they really focus on hygiene as well as comfort! I always love going there and cannot wait until my next appointment! Would highly highly recommend 👍
