I have been going to Platinum for a few years now. Even after moving away from the area I travel back for my appointments because of their amazing service and skill. Jodee is amazing and so friendly and welcoming and always so very helpful. From the moment you walk in the door she sets the scene, and you know you are in good hands. Mike is amazing- always listens to the results you are wanting to achieve and gives you honest guidance. 100% trust his skills and advice. Can't recommend Platinum enough for skin and cosmetic services- extremely reasonably priced, skilled and just lovely people.

I’ve been going to platinum Cosmetics for a while now and I honestly love it. Every visit is a great experience from start to finish. The clinic has such a welcoming vibe and I always feel comfortable and well looked after the moment I walk in. Jodee runs the clinic so well, she’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. You can tell she really takes pride in what she does and in making sure everything runs smoothly. The team is amazing. I’ve had both skin treatments and injectables and I’ve been so happy with my results every time. Everything is explained properly, nothing ever feels rushed, and the treatments are always tailored to what my skin actually needs. I completely trust them, which is so important with these kinds of treatments. The space is clean, calming, and professional, and I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I recommend platinum Cosmetics to anyone looking for great results and genuinely lovely people.

My experience at Platinum Cosmetics was deeply disappointing. My interaction with the manager, Jodee, was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. No client should be made to feel uncomfortable or undervalued, yet that is exactly how I felt. This level of behaviour is unacceptable in any customer-facing business. The only reason I stayed for my appointment was because of the therapist, Rosti. She was exceptionally professional, warm, and reassuring — the sole positive aspect of my visit. Had it not been for her, I would have walked out immediately. I strongly urge the clinic to review its management conduct, as my experience would prevent me from recommending this business to anyone.

Mike and Jodee are absolutely AMAZING and super honest! They’ve both got heaps of experience and make you feel really comfortable. They explain everything clearly before and after, and with Mike everything is seamless and completely pain-free. Couldn’t recommend them more!

First time at platinum cosmetics and I can say I will be going back again. The whole experience was great! Jodie was amazing and watched my young child while I had a treatment done and I felt so at ease. Mike was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!!
